This is the privacy statement of FlexDelft B.V., referred to as: "FlexDelft". You can find our contact information under the heading "In case of questions or complaints". With this privacy statement, we would like to inform you on the use of your personal data (hereafter knows as: "data") by FlexDelft.

We collect and process personal data to process the financial administration. We share some of the data with other parties. The individuals whose data we process have certain rights regarding their data.

What do we use your data for?

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Identification purposes
  • Addressing with the right title
  • Sending electronical confirmations of registration and/or orders
  • Having an administration
  • Communicating with customers, for example questions or complaints
  • Processing payments to keep up our (financial) administration

On what legal grounds is the use of your data based?

We use your data based on the following principles (legal grounds): The data are required for signing or executing the agreement we have with you, or where you are a party. The data are needed to meet our legal obligations.

Are you obligated to give us the data?

Yes, some details are obligatory. If you don't want to give us the details, then we can’t sign the agreement with you. We need the data to meet legal obligations.

Who do we share your data with?

We primarily use your data for our own company. In the following cases it can be necessary to share your data with other parties:

We share the data with the following parties:

  • ICT-companies. We use ICT-companies like website administrators and hosting companies that save and manage data. These companies are based in the Netherlands.
  • Accountants. The details on the invoice need to be shared with our accountant. Our accountant is based in the Netherlands.
  • Pension organisations. The data required for applying for a pension need to be shared with Stipp Pensioen.
  • Debt collectors. We have to share data in cases of confiscation of salary.
  • Government agencies. We can be ordered to give data to Dutch government agencies.

Will your data be shared outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?

No, your data will not be shared outside the EEA. It is only stored on servers inside of the EEA.

How long will we store your data?

We don't store your data longer than necessary, this is different for different purposes. In general we  keep the following storage periods:

What rights do you have?

You have the following rights regarding your personal details:

  • To get a copy and insight in your data;
  • To receive information about processing your data;
  • To correct incorrect data;
  • To complement incomplete data, given the purposes for which they are processed;
  • To delete your data;
  • To "limit" your data;
  • To object against the use of your data;
  • To revoke permission for the use of your data, the withdrawal then applies to future use of your data;
  • If you have provided the data yourself or if data has been created by you (for example based on your use of our service), and you have given permission for this or the data are necessary for the execution of the agreement, and if the data is electronically processed: then you have the right to receive your data in a structured format in machine-readable form and, if that is technically possible, to transfer the data to another party at your request in that way;
  • To submit a complaint to the competent privacy supervisor (this may be the supervisor in the country of your habitual residence, where you perform your work or where (alleged) infringement is made of the privacy legislation), in the Netherlands this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We may in certain cases have the right to refuse your request. In that case we will explain why we refuse the request. We may no longer be able to execute the agreement with you if we do not have certain information from you, which we will explain to you.
